This position will be responsible for preparing estimates and bids for commercial projects.
Qualified candidates need experience in interpreting architectural plans and specifications.
Obtain and review quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
Analyze labor/materials/subcontractors cost and other costs to complete the project.
Create accurate and detailed scopes of work.
Project management skills and/or similar responsibilities for large commercial projects.
Be able to manage multiple projects at a time.
Have solid analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ensure timely responses to RFI’s and submittals.
Responsible for working closely with general contract project manager and structural engineers to deliver on-time superior quality commercial construction products from our AISC certified shop.
Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday 8 hours plus overtime in office setting
